GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS



Reception and key system:

The meeting point is in our office in Platja d'Aro, at calle Nostra senyora de Fanals, nš20, ground floor.

The client must communicate in advance the scheduled time by calling our contact telephone numbers: 972 81 87 99 / 694 42 06 93 / 680 84 85 00 or sending an email - info@giroroomstravel.com.



Office hours: from 10 am to 2 pm - 4 pm to 8 pm. There we will check in, pay and hand over the keys.

The loss of keys carries a charge of 60 euros.



Schedule of entrance and exit of the apartments:

Entrances: from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., depending on availability, and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

If you give 24 hours notice, you will be able to check in later after 8 pm until 11:00 pm for a charge of 25 euros.

After 23:00 hours will be considered to all effects as a not presented.

Departures: before 11 am at the latest.

The client will have to communicate the scheduled departure time the previous day.

It will be possible to consult the possibility of late check out until 6 pm with an extra payment of 25 euros.



Reservations:

They will not be accepted as valid and the company is not responsible for on-line reservations made on the same day of entry later than 13:00 hours.

Note: For exceptional reasons, the company reserves the right to change apartments at the same price and with the same or higher characteristics.



Deposit: At check-in, a deposit of 200 euros will be requested after having verified the inventory and revision of the property.



Terms of payment:

Payment and credit card guarantee: At the time of booking, a credit card must always be provided as a guarantee, which can be used to pay for the booking and as a guarantee in the event that the client does not show up, or when leaving the apartment if inventory items are missing, or in the event of breakdowns and damage.

When the client marks a reservation he will have to receive a confirmation email from the agency and 30% of the amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided by the client. Prior notice to the agency may also make the payment of 30% by bank transfer.

The remaining 70% will be charged 14 days before the entrance of the apartment.

In the case that 14 days before the entrance the payment of the final 70% has not been made, the agency will notify in relation to the cancellation of the reservation and the client will lose the 30% that had paid in principle.



Cancellation conditions:

If the client cancels with less than 30 days and more than 14 days will lose the 30% that had paid before, if you cancel with less than 14 days will have to pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation. We remind you that you can contract with us the travel insurance and cancellation of reservation.
